PARQUET

Parquet 3-layer country house floorboards

Planks are usually laid in lengths of one meter or more. Excess lengths, which can be the length of the room, are not uncommon for country house floorboards. For this reason, the respective grain of the wood can be seen particularly well. In addition, rooms with a country-style wooden floor appear larger than they really are. The long floorboards give the impression that the rooms are much longer.

Ecological high-tech wood product

Wood has charm that immediately brings comfort to any room. This is a product advantage that we would not want to do without. Sometimes, however, situations not only call for a certain feel-good factor, but also for consistency and resistance in special cases loads are required. But the price must also be right.

Our development department designed B:hard precisely for these requirements. It is an ecological high-tech wood product that combines the advantages of a wide variety of floor coverings. Due to the permanent hardening, the floor meets the stress class 23/34. It is particularly suitable for offices where no visible changes should occur due to castors. It is suitable for underfloor heating, is installed in no time at all and has a cigarette burn resistance of grade 4. It performs better than tile or laminate in the impact test. B:hard is available as a rustic floorboard, varnished or oiled.

Parquet 2-layer country house floorboards

Two-layer parquet consists of a wear and carrier layer. The wear layer, also known as the top layer, consists of approx. 3-6mm precious wood of various types of wood. The backing layer, also called the barrier, is made of either solid spruce or birch plywood. The total thickness is 9.5 to 15mm. Two-layer parquet is always glued to an even and pressure-resistant base over the entire surface. Normally, two-layer engineered parquet is pre-treated or surface-treated (oiled or sealed) at the factory, but can also be laid raw or pre-sanded.
